Paper Accord prototype: privacy note
This early product-management prototype is provided by Paper Design. Please use fictional examples and do not enter confidential or personal information.
Your prototype data
Project names, jobs, stories, criteria and tasks are stored in local storage in your browser under paper-accord-demo-v1. There is no project server or live account connection. Reset demo replaces this data with fictional examples. Clearing this browser’s site data removes it too. Data may be wiped at any time; do not rely on this prototype for keeping work.
Optional session recording
If you accept analytics, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the prototype works for visitors. It records interactions such as clicks, scrolling and navigation, together with page addresses, timing and browser/device information. This helps us find confusing steps and improve the product. Clarity uses cookies where permitted by your consent. We signal analytics consent and deny advertising storage.
Clarity’s default input masking remains enabled. The saved workspace text is also masked. We do not send your project data as custom events. We send only named workflow events (such as project created or criterion verified), and a non-personal invite-group label from the src link parameter when supplied. Do not put personal information in invitation URLs.
If you decline, no Clarity script is loaded and you can still use the complete prototype. We store your analytics choice in this browser for up to six months. Use “Analytics choices” on the prototype to change it. Declining after accepting stops recording by reloading the page and clears accessible Clarity cookies; it does not automatically delete recordings already received by Microsoft.

Feedback and deletion requests
The feedback button opens your email app; nothing is emailed until you send it. Contact feedback@paperdesign.co.uk with feedback, privacy questions or a request to delete feedback or recordings. For a recording request, include the approximate visit date and time, time zone and invite-group label if known, so we can try to locate it. We may need further information to identify a recording; please do not email confidential project content. You can delete local prototype data yourself with Reset demo or your browser’s site-data controls.
